Easter Egg Sandwiches

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
A dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients and spread on bread; makes 6 sandwiches
