Addictive Corn Dip
Submitted by Dottie Mensik 6/8/04 – a friend of Sandy’s

2 cans Mexicorn (drained)
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 cup Real Mayonnaise
½ - 1 bunch chopped cilantro
3 – 4 green onions (chopped)
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Cumin
¼ tsp. Lime Juice

Mix ingredients all together … chill well before serving. Goes good with Scoop Fritos!
