Corn Bread Salad

2 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
1 green onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 16-oz can corn, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, crisp fried, crumbled
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
pepper to taste

Prepare corn bread using package directions. Cool and crumble into bowl.
Add vegetables, cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream and seasonings; mix
well. Chill overnight. Yield: 10 - 12 servings.
