Zucchini Crust Pizza

3 cups shredded zucchini  
½ cup onion, chopped
1 egg         
½ cup green peppers, julienned
1/3 cup flour 
1 teasoon. oregano
2 cups shredded mozzarella 
1 Tablespoon fresh basil
2 small tomatoes, halved and sliced  
¼ cup parmesan

In a bowl, combine zucchini and egg. Add flour and stir well. Spread onto the bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan coated with olive oil. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°. Sprinkle pizza with basil oregano, mozzarella, tomato, green onion and parmesan. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
