     Cinnamon Monkey Bread 

  • 3 large cans biscuits
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar  
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar  
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • cinnamon/sugar - additional

Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease a bundt cake pan. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Layer in bundt cake pan. On stove melt together: both sugars, butter, ice cream & vanilla until dissolved. DO NOT BOIL. Pour over biscuits and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until biscuits are baked through. Turn over onto plate. Cool and serve.
