Lemon Pie

  • 1-1/2 c. sugar
  • 1-1/2 c. water
  • 3 heaping teaspoons flour
  • 3 heaping teaspoons cornstarch

Whisk together. Microwave for 6 minutes.

Add:

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 egg yolks

Whisk together. This is going to be very thick.
Pat on top of lemon mixture

  • 1/2 stick of butter - sliced

Microwave 1 minute. Whisk together and pour into baked pie shell. Cool.
