White Praline Fudge
1 1/2 lb white baking chocolate or confectioners coating
1 can Regular Eagle Brand® milk
Pinch salt
1 tsp maple flavoring
1 cup chopped pecans
Melt coating with Eagle Brand and salt. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla
and nuts.
Spread evenly onto parchment paper-lined 8 or 9" square pan. Chill
2 hours or until firm.
Peel off paper and cut into squares. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
