Banana
Split Bars
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs (32 squares)
- ½ c. butter, melted
- ¼ c. sugar
Filling
- ½ c. butter, softened
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbl. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 2 - 8 oz cans crushed pineapple
- 2 quarts sliced fresh strawberries
- whipped topping
Combine crumbs, butter and sugar; press into ungreased 13" x 9"
dish. Chill 1 hour. In bowl, cream butter, sugar, milk and vanilla.
Spread over crust;
chill 30 minutes. Layer bananas, pineapple and strawberries. Top with
whipped topping and chill until served.
