Apple Nut Ring
- 16 oz refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 2 medium apples, sliced and peeled
- ¾ c. sugar
- 1/3 c. chopped nuts
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- ¼ c. raisins
- 4 Tbs. butter, melted
Separate biscuits and cut in half. Combine sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
Dip biscuits in melted butter, then roll them in the sugar mixture.
Arrange biscuits in greased pan. Place apples on top of biscuits. Mix
raisins and nuts in sugar mixture and sprinkle on top. Bake 25-30 minutes
at 400°.
