Cricut PC Software Class
Want to use your Cricut to cut more than what is offered on the expensive cartridges? Need to duplicate an initial or special design???? Want to learn how to use your Cricut with your Laptop/PC? Even if you're not real familiar with computers - Here's the class you!
In this hands-on class you will -
- Learn to use Inkscape (a free program) to edit picture files (jpeg, bitmap, etc.) to create a design the Cricut can cut
- Learn to use Sure Cuts a Lot to send files to your Cricut from your laptop/PC
- Receive a CD/DVD with all the software to upgrade Cricut firmware if necessary, Inkscape, and trial version of Sure Cuts a Lot ($75 online if you wish to purchase). No Internet searching and downloading necessary.
- Have your Laptop/PC talking to your Cricut
- Make your cake decorating more fun and creative
Mark is a computer guru who has worked extensively with the software and has taught many computer related classes. If you're not real familiar with computers, he and his assistant will walk you through step by step to make sure you can edit/create a design on your laptop/PC and cut it out on your Cricut. If you're computer savvy, learn some tips that will expand your Cricut abilities.
(To qualify for the "members only discount", you must be a member for 6 months before the start date of the class. ). No refunds after February 1st .
Classes will be in Houston at Larry's Arts & Crafts:
Class will begin at 9:00am, end around 4:00pm with a break for lunch. Lunch is provided.
